Huwaei SMSC

    When trying to do a submit_sm to a Huwaei SMSC i dont get any submit_sm response instead i get a TCP ACK followed by PSH ACK with the following data stream appended
    00 00 00 10 80 00 00 04 00 00 04 30 00 00 00 04
    This looks like a submit_sm response but its in an TCP PSH ACK ! anybody has a clue as what is wrong here?
