Dear All:
Please suggest how to minimize Block Call Rate in Huawei System. It is happening in almost all cells after swap. there is negligible TCH congestion, little higher SDCCH congestion BUT huge block call rate in Busy hour.
we have formula for block call rate as :100*([K3010A:CELL_KPI_TCH_ASS_REQ_TRAF] – [K3013A:CELL_KPI_TCH_ASS_SUCC_TRAF])
/[K3010A:CELL_KPI_TCH_ASS_REQ_TRAF].Please suggest urgently. Its killin the network!
Check for Ater or A-interface circuit congestion

we don`t have Ater and A interface congestion! Also moreover it is CIC problem or Speech codec issue?Ranjit
