    Deal All,

    Can anybody (NSN specific) elaborate what do we achieve by turning “MAXCAP = ON ” in NSN? What does this feature do?

    MAXCAP featute includes
    #Reduces the number of Intracell Handovers in Bad Quality, therefore reducing the numbers of drops in such scenarios
    #Also possibility to add a threshold beyond which AMR packing/unpacking won’t happen(eg -100dBm).
