Best RX diversity

    Hello Guys,

    For best efficiency in RX diversity (uplink path), which diversity scheme to choose : polarization diversity or space diversity?
    For both urban and rural cells.

    hi atto,

    long time !

    urban = Cross polar or space polar, both works very well
    rural = Space polar works very well, Cross polar doesn’t work well (no gain, or little gain at best).

    In worst case, the gain = 0dB, which means that the signal is not degraded… but it isn’t enhanced neither 😉
