Hi guys,
If Radio Link Timeout is 24 in dens urban area in huawei system. Is it normal value?
any comment?
It’s up to operator..It can be 16 or 20.

radio link timeout counter is basically two type.BUT I EXPLAIN ONE
1.In downlink BTS send the 1 SACCH block at every 480ms if the Ms will not decode this block then RLT decrease by one
other wise increase by 2.if RLT goes to 0 then call will drop.
SO THE VALUE OF RLT IS 24 IS THE NORMAL CONDITION
