    What can be the reasons for RACH Error?

    try to check the timing advance of the cell. high value for timing advance might cause RACH failure.

    RACH Collision,
    UL LEvel too weak,
    CRC check fail at BTS of RACH,
    TA limit exceeds,
    (Interference on BCCH)

    Uplink , Downlink unbalance is the main reason.

    Yup MirFasih,
    forgot to mention that..It is in fact the reason in most cases. Also any hardware issue that would effect PB.
