pls give some suggestion to improve DLQ for continously fluctuating cells. Site traffic remains same & no outages.
Reducec HR traffic if any.

Have raised CSR to E// for same. But no formal answer from them. But practically observed in our Network, disabling ECSC from cells will improve DL RX Qual both at NBH & BBH.Hi,

As u have told that to reduce HR traffic, our network traffic is huge & if i reduce assignment problem will occur.Could u pls explain that ECSC parameter, i couldn’t able to find in NED. our CSR is set to 100 is that ok?
