delta CQI in DL HSDPA messages

    Dear all,

    Could you tell me what is the purpose of the delta CQI parameter sent to UE in the ‘measurement feedback info’ in the following messages:

    Radio Bearer Setup,
    Radio Bearer Reconfiguration,
    Physical Channel Reconfiguratin,
    Transport Channel Reconfiguration
