High Congestion at Low Traffic

    Dear All,

    In Ericsson sites, we have high congestion at low traffic and HR is also activated. What could be other cause for this abnormal behavior?

    Hi NK
    I’ll take that you have cross checked the HR triggering paramaters & they are OK.In that case check for Transcoder congestion & AXE parameters AMRFRMAXTRAFFIC, AMRHRMAXTRAFFIC and GACSMAXCALLS.

    Check if the sites are at the RNC/BSC border, the signalling might be hogging the resources
