What is the value of RACH Min Access level ? TX integer ? RACH busy thrshold ?

You have checked if this cell is overshoot from TA measurment ? also you have to check the UL DL unbalance (TRX Level)

Hi, I want to know the calculation of transit traffic in ericsson MSC. POI & inter MSC is also connected to that msc. also I want to calculate the traffic in same BSC connecteing to the MSC. Will anybody help.

In the case of Call Setup Indications (SDCCH) (Circuit Service) and Call Setup Indications (TCH) (Circuit Service), where This counter provides the number of EST IND messages received by the BSC from the BTS when the MS access reason indicated in the EST IND message is not Packet Service and the type of the access channel assigned to the MS is SDCCH, respectively TCH, what are the scenarios when the access channel is SDCCH and when it is TCH?

check out drops on signalling channels. they should be very important leading to the poor CSSR.
if you’re in a rural area, reshape your LA boundary
if it’s a urban area with balance LA loads then tilt the site to avoid multiple LU
