Using ATI feature for LBS

    Hi dears,
    In my network we want to send SMS to mobiles when they roam into selected cells at country’s boarders.

    I’ve heard of ATI feature on HLR, for location based services, but i’m not sure how it works! or how i could use it to design this solution?

    We’re using Huawei 2G RAN. please help
