SDCCH Congestion

    Dear All,
    I am working with Huawei system, now I’m facing SDCCH congestion but there is no congestion on TCH, Can you advice how to rectify this problem?

    Hi Vuthy,
    Check first what’s SDCCH assign congestion, SDCCH congestion due to Location Update. Which of these two is higher? Can be due to Location Update.

    Hi Rex,
    We are using dynamic SDCCH, and the area is not LA border. So I think the congestion is not because of location update. Please advice.

    are you able to distinguish what are the causes of the SDCCH Requests ? (LU, IMSI DETACH, SMS, OC, TC, EC, SS ?)
