    Hi ALL,
    Can anybody tell me the Reasons for High TCH drop (drop after TCH assign), and the parameters to look into(NOKIA system)& optimize to reduce it.

    radio or bss reasons, certainly you have a tool of radion network optimization (like rno alcatel or bo ericsson)

    Hi Ishu.
    There are 2 methods
    One
    You can enable TCH observation for that cell & can analyse the clear codes.
    Two
    You can check the raw counters of dcr_8h(TCH drop call ratio after TCH assignment)to find out which type of drop call is happening after TCH assignment,Is it tch_rf_fai or tch_abis_fail or tch_tr_fail etc ,etc……..

    Can u plz tel me how wil i enable TCH observation of tat cell, coz i’m doing remote optimization. i can get ur 2nd point through ND 163.

    You need to enable this in the BSC for that cell.
    MML Command is “ZTPS:OBSERV:TCH_OBS:Cell_ID:;”

    hi Bijoy .
    i have one question regarding enable TCH observation in cell:
    after i enable it at BSC( “”ZTPS:OBSERV:TCH_OBS:Cell_ID:;”
    “) how i can see the result of this measurement and export it to an excel file?
    i havent nokia NETACT.
    another request:
    i really like to develop some custom software on the platform dx200.

    Doctor Reports are the generic reports fron “xterm”.You need citrix for this.
