Ater time slots

    Hello all
    could any one help me to know if the Ater timeslot(traffic) can be 8k (in case of the corresponding Air interface channel is Half Rate) or it will take all the time slot (16K)
    the equipment is Huawei BSC6000

    Usually, on the ATER interface, 1 call uses one full nibble (16kbps), whatever the codec (FR, HR, AMR, …)
    And after the TC, on A interface, a call uses one full timeslot (64kbps).

    Now, I’m not sure if Huawei does like this or not. I think so…

    huawei has solution called flex ater it can make 8k time slot on Ater at configurable threshold of Ater resources
    i just found it now :-
