    hi experts.
    i have some issue in my NOKIA BSC 3i.
    please clarify me about this situation:
    IN BSC:OSCILLATOR CONTROL WORD VALUE=31369(NORMAL MODE)
    IN 3 OF 16 TCSMs THAT CONNECT TO THIS BSC,OSCILLATOR CONTROL WORDS =30665,30936,31930

    i wanna to know that what is the reason of this difference b/w BSC and TCSMs?
    and if it make some problems ,please give me those problems and their solutions.
