y are we asked to switch off our mobiles during take off and landing of our flight….ATC freq range is @ around 135 Mhz range where as our mobile comm works in 900/1800/1900 Mhz range….
I’ve understood that it is not the freq range that is the problem, it’s more the high power at which the messages are sent. It is like an electromagnetic shockwave, it can blind the equipments.
