Cell not taking calls

    I am working in NOKIA systems,One my cell from last week taking only one or two calls,before that there was 160,170 calls.What may be the reason,how will resolve

    Hi Sivan,
    First you need check any alarm in that cell.

    Any VSWR and Return loss issue
    Any TRX faulty.

    Get a Drive done of the area test its DL levels. check antenna / antenna system. if no issue found swap BCCH TRX and related cable / slot. should do the work.
