how can I learn tch mean holding time for the network. what is its resulution? according to Busy hour or Daily total?
Hi you could calculate is on any resolution depending on the pegging of your RAW stats. (Mean Busy TCH)* Gran * 60/(No of TCH Assigned)
Now this Granuality depends on the duration that the Raw file is pegged at.
Can be used as sum of day in neumerator and deniminator to get Day level MHT.
