Hi
we have a cell, there is enough capacity but there is tch time congestion and the cell not use half rate. DHA parametr is active.
could you please help about this situation.Thanks.
Hi, do halt and active in this case, may be all the trx were not affecting while traffic handling.
we can try cell halt & active. will solve problem
