GPRS_Ul_TBF Satellite Trasmission

Dear All,

As this forum is full of experts, then hopefully somebody could give suggestion what Parameter I should change :):)

The problem I face is related to Satellite transmission. We found that UL_Tbf_Estab_Suc_rate is 0%. This site is passed through V-sat transmission.
Default parameters (BS_CV_Max=15, GAMMA_TNX & ALPHA = 0) at this site are conform to ALU’s recommendation.

Is there anyone who can show which parameter we have to set?
