Hi all,
Could you please show me hơ to calculate GPRS KPIs at Network level?
Can I calculate these by average them using data volume as weighted factors??

TBF Success Rate
TBF Drop Rate
TBF Congestion rate
LLC throughput EGPRS

For eaxample, in a region there are 3 BSCs. The KPIs data in a day as follow:
Data,MB TBF_DR,% TBF_SR,%
BSC01 17.04 4.01 98.02
BSC02 23.61 3.34 98.72
BSC03 98.94 2.93 97.34So, the KPIs for that region are calculated:
TBF_DR=(17.04*4.01+23.61*3.34+98.94*2.93)/(17.04+23.61+98.94)= 3.131184182
TBF_SR=(17.04*98.02+23.61*98.72+98.94*97.34)/(17.04+23.61+98.94)=97.65641951
Can I apply that rule?

no this is not the way to calculate any KPIs. This can be your own way to calculate KPI but there is no standard way to check KPI in our industry……..
If u belongs from Customer side than u can make ur own rule , its good to think , u can apply according to u but it is not standardized………Hi Nitin,

OK, I have to calculate these KPIs from counters of all cells in Network. It will wastes of time.
If you have any excel file or tool to calculate these KPI, please send it to me.

dear the best way is to accumulate the counters over all network, extract the data into excel file and apply formulae. For the said case, you’ll have to use two formulae with 08 columns only and this is really simple, i have made formula sheets, that use >150 columns!

the thing is that, it is not a standard sheet, i use OPTIMA for counter extraction, the applied formula totally depends upon the way the counters are extracted and is custom
