Hi,
here my dl multislot for some cell is poor and for those cells pchallfail is high. so here i need to increse fpdch,spdch?
and if yes will i get the improvement?

I am not sure but i think u are right u need to increase pdch.
Pchallatt means all the attempts including dl and ul and pchallfail means due to lack of resources not available to dl or ul tbf.if pchallfail counter has high value then u need to increase pdch.
