We hanve enabled DTM feature in one cell with MIN_PDCH = 4 and MAX_PDCH_HIGH_LOAD =4 (the recommended value is >=2)but in term of counters there are DTM requests but unsuccess ones due to congestion
What does it mean?
Our test consists of establishing a CS call then try to connect to internet but the latest step doesn’t succeed
What’s the problem??
