    For your RBS version you will need the O&M Alex documents that will provide an explanation for the Error Code or Error Codes.

    The O&M documents were known as the CODs, PODS and OPIs (operational instructions).

    Please, can any body support how to export all alarms under a BSC with it’s fault code and description column of all sites under that BSC in a Excel sheet.

    Ao ler o IDB esta com esse erro
    ERROR AN INTERNAL ERROR HAS OCCURRED AND THE OMT APPLICATION WILL TERMINATE

    Alguém sabe o porque ou tem uma solução?
