Pls explain CALL_DROP_OTHERS from ALU B10

a certain HO cause is detected in the last measurement period, but it is not one of the other causes listed n the family.
It is “another” cause (could be anything : AMR, TFO, Perferred BAnd, Microcells, etc etc etc etc)pix
