RACH ATTEMPT

    Dear All,

    For a cell we have zero RACH attempt for 2 weeks even no problem on BCCH frequency and the cell has good HO statsitics. I have checked Parameters CB, CBQ, ACCMIN and CRO all of them normal.
    I trey to camp BCCH of the cell in DT it didn’t camp on that freqency. Could you please advise me what can I do for this situation.

    2 weeks earlier, was it ok ?

    a sudden problem is probably linked to a TRX (or BTS) problem.

    did you try to reset the cell & the BTS ?
    have you tried allocating the BCCH carrier on a different TRX ?

    Problem forwarded to core network department. They solved it but I dont know how.

    Probably cell ID was not defined at their end.
