    hi
    how i can force handover between two sector from different sites by means of modifying the parameters of HO and PC of two sector?
    my vendor of bsc and bts is nokia

    you need to change the value of HoMargin.

    (PMax and RXP)

    LMRG, QMRG and PMRG

    i dont understanding the meaneang of HoMargin and PMax and RXP and other parameters.
    please explain for me in details and which value i must set for this parameters to make a force HO betwen 2 SEctor of 2 site?

    Hi Jack,

    PMax shud be 33dbm
    RXP shud be -105 dbm

    PMRG shud be 6

    LMRG shud be 3

    QMRG shud be 0

    We can change these values for force handover.

    PMax shud be 33dbm

    RXP shud be -105 dbm
