can someone help me with this question:
can 2G subscriber browse on UMTS?
usually a subscriber is subscribing to a wireless service provider, and it should be able to move transparently from 2G to 3G. As long as the phone supports it and the subcription is not restricting the subscriber to only the 2G coverage, then it should be able to browse on 3G.

did you know which are the counters in B10 or B11 related to the “cell change” from 2G to 3G in durring the PTM?rrb
