HO and Power control parameters

    Hi all,

    I would like to start this discussion on the tuning of HO and Power control parameters – What are the dependencies between these 2 algorithms and what are the basic principles to use to tune these functions – Consider Better Cell, DL and UL Quality HO as an example.
