    Hi Bijoy/ Pix, do we needs to include incoming handovers while calculating HSR..

    Not needed actually as many operators rather consider it as a separate KPI.

    Totally depends on the opeartor choice

    They actually are totally seperate KPIs.
    What is actually a concern is weather to include intra_cell HO success Rate in HSR or not. in maximum cases Intra_Cell HO Success Rate is also taken as seperate and you might or might not include the outgoing Directed retry calls in HSR.
