Nokia Flexi EDGE BTS works stupidly !?

Dear Guys

I’m facing with unusual situation on NSN site.

1. Site has 2 sectors with 2/2 configuration. Only DCS1800. When it worked it was deviating 700MHz—2600MHz. But stat was normal.

2. We have replaced all equipments (Antennas, Feeders, DTRXs, DDUs, ESMA). Changed frequencies. But now it is deviating 70MHz–2600MHz between 2-3 meter distnace with antenna. After 10-20 meter it disppears.

I hope everything is clear :). What can be the cause? It is Nokia Flexi EDGE. If someone knows or is facing with this problem, please explain me.
