    KPI/Parameter ARE:
    1.Accessibility >99.7%
    2.Service Retainability >99.998 %
    3.IP Signalling Quality
    4.IPBCP Bearer Estb Success Rate > 99.7 %
    5.Media stream Channel Utilization rate %
    5.Current Traffic Load
    6.Media Stream Channel Seizure Success Rate (%)
    7.Average traffic load per second (Erlang)

    hello

    can anyone expalin two me _ in location update between 2G and 3 G syttem

    with differemt MAP version which is for 2G : version2 (R99,Ph2+),

    and UMTS version2 R4),
    it was very low after upgrade the MAP version to version 3 , no it is OK
