One question: does anyone know the power of DRU (Ericsson 2216 or 2116, 900 or 1800)and is it depended on the configuration?:
for ex: if I use one DRU with one Antenna=> output power in Watt? in dBm?

We set the MSTXPWR to the max: 41 and 43.Hello Andy,
Power of DRU is 46 dBm ( 40 W) for GSM 900 and 45.5 ( 35 W) for GSM 1800 .
In Combined mode ( 2 DRUs used in the cell which gives 4 TRXs ) you will loose 3.5 dB. The u will got : 46 – 3.5 = 42.5 dBm for GSM 900
45.5 – 3.5 = 42 dBm for GSM 1800.

But on our network after measures why we have power like: 6.44W/ 35.2dBm or 16.3W/ 42.13dBm or 9.79W/19.876dBm or 5.56W/ 23.25dBm?
what should be the cause of these low power?

Values I gave are nominal. These are just the Ouptut power directly received from DRUs.
Where do u measure your values ?

U should also remember that for RBS in service the ouptut power from thoses depends on:
– values of BSPWRB and BSPWRT.
– Use of BS Power Control.
