Hi,
Can anybody tell me who controls the DL TBF Assignment.
Im the facing the issue that sometimes after cell reselection my data downloading is not resumed. In the DT log after cell reselection, I can see the uplink TBF Assignment and establishment but there is no downlink TBF resulting in no continuation in data downloading after cell reselection.
