Hello guys
i am working in NSN equipment
and i have a problem in the whole network related to CQI
the max. CQI i can get is 23 nothing more
even my radio condition is good ( EcNo around -7 and RSCP around -84please guys if any one can share something about such problem i’ll appreciated ….
