Hi Pix and oder senier members…..Im working for NSN here in India. Im facing this particular problem for a cell.TCH completion and other KPIs are fine bt DLQ is continuously poor. I have checked all the possible reports like 232,196 and Link imbalance report bt all is found to b working fine. No alarm is there.O&M guy has swapped and even changed the TRX and also the jumpher has been checked….plz suggest sumthing…..thanx in advance..
What about the UL Quality? Is the DL Quality VERY bad? You can isolate the TRXs with bad DL Quality and change their frequencies/hopping lists. Other things that can be tried are enabling/disabling DTX, modiying outoging Quality HO parameters (so as to encourage HO t o other cells if Quality goes bad) and enabling RxDiversity. If the bad RxQual is also visible in the drive tests, then its probably a hardware issue
