    Hi all,

    Please help me how to send Network Initiated USSD to any destination MS.

    I am welknown about MAP application.

    I am sending unstructuredSS-Notify to VMSC but getting userabort from Network.

    My apllication context is 0.4.0.0.10.19.2
    Data coding is 0X0F

    Make sure that receiving MSC supports that kind of signaling-flow.

    Make sure that receiving MS supports that kind of messages.

    May be 04 00 00 01 00 19 02 (in decimal)?

    Try also “Process Unstructured-SS-Request” instead of Notify.

    Check addresses in dialogue part.
