i am observing many failures after call proceeding where msc sends disc message with cc cause requested circuit/channel not available. thats happenin for one bsc of the msc and bsc is heavy loaded any idea why is it happening?
Not enough channels in a-interface between that BSC. Extend it. Also make sure that CIC set correcly from both sides. Check routing, avalibility to that bsc from MSC side.
