13th January 2010 at 09:13 #60661SHELDONGuestHi Natasha,
Yes, you can test 2 operators at the same time using TEMS Investigation 9.0.0. You need to connect two phones. Also, you may need to connect two dongles if you are using phones from different versions of TEMS Investigation. You need only one GPS, not two.
The logfile recorded will be only one, but you can generate the report based on MS ( ie, MS1 or MS2).
The error “LICENCE CHECK FAILED occurs when TEMS cannot detect the dongle. Are you using the same phone model? Does this error occur for both phones? Please answer these questions, so that I can see how to help you out.
Regards,
Sheldon

but it still says license check failed
how can i check the license access ?
13th January 2010 at 10:41 #60666SHELDONGuestHi,
Try this and see if it works:
Go to:
Start/Program files/Ericsson/TEMS Products/Utilities/TEMS Investigation HASP HL-SRM Key reader
An interface will pop up, showing you the number of phonse you can use with the dongle and some other info.
If you are able to see this, then try again. It should work.

13th January 2010 at 15:49 #60669SHELDONGuestHi Natasha,
I think it’s the ” No.of Lic.”, but I’m not 100% sure on this.
My motivation for asking you to go through that process was to make sure that your laptop could read the HASP software. If you could still not connect after reading the HASP, then your licence probably supports only one phone. In that case, you will need to connect two HASPs.
Let me know the latest situation ( were you able to see the HASP information when you went through that process?)
