    Hi friends , i have some questions plz answer them

    1. what is BA & MA list
    2. Diff. b/w blocking & congetion
    3. how DTX is related to RX QUAL.

    BA is BCCH allocation and MA is mobile Allocation.

    The BA list contains the neighbouring cells BCCH info list.Thsi BAl is used during Hand over.simillarly the MA list is used when Hopping is possible.

    congestion means the resource was very busy,during high load the resources will get congested.
