Hi,
There is a problem in the network making secure calls from some military persons. With Non-secure calls (no encryption) no problem at all. As I know secure calls are established through circuit switched data, so, the person who makes those calls should have another number (data, fax). What could be wrong in the network that makes impossible making secure calls.
Waiting for your response!

CS data ? Wow, that’s rare. Are you able to make “normal” cs data transfer ?
Check that this feature is activated first, and that it works “normally”, under normal non-crypted transfers.
And if it’s all good, then move on to the next step.
The next step is to check the NSS side, because it is the only place where the actual content of the transfer might be a problem. Unfortuanetely i can’t help you there… contact your vendor 🙂
