How can we see the values of counters like C1034,C1035,C1036,C1051 etc. in Nokia system? What is the command in MML or what is ND report regarding this?

Do you have NetAct reporting suite? if yes, then run the report of traffic measurements and you’ll get the values of these counters. so it depends on your requirement if you need any counter related to HOs then run handowver raw measurement counters.
