    can anybody tell which are KPIs affected by SDCCH Drop Call?

    The main KPI affected is called :
    SDCCH Drop Rate

    (btw, a sdcch is not a call)

    hi Pix,
    thanks very much for your reply, but for our equipment the drop call on SDCCH named as “SDCCH Drop Call”
    and my question was “which KPI trigger by this KPI SDCCH Drop Call”

    the establishment success (CSSR in ALcatel) is related to SDCCH drop

    i would ask about having 2 vendors in the network, and we are asked to calculate the KPI of the whole network, we have Er and Alcatel equipement..

    I think CSSR is affected by SDCCH Drop Call.
    where is CSSR = (1 – SDC Drop)*(1 – SDC Block/Cong)*(1 – TCH Assign Block)*(1 – TCH Assign Failure)
