    Can anyone tell me the reason why CM Serv Reject message is sent by the Network after Cm Serv Req is sent

    1.Channel Activation Failure
    2.Channel congestion.
    3.Network Failure
    4.Illegal MS

    Thanks Bijoy i am facing CM Serv Reject congesetion. what possible congestion it might be i mean SD is already allocated and TCH is not allocated yet?

    The congestion should probably be in A / Ater interface, or perhaps after the MSC, in the core network ?
