has anyone seen this alarm before? If so can you tell me what was done to fix it? 7602 “Incompatible unit presence detected in the BTS”. I reset BOI, power cycled cabinet, and Commissioned bts all with the same results. Any other ideas?

Any s/w upgrade performed at yr bts..like upgrading to cx6 or etc..?
