Can anyone pls explain RLT
hi,
its a radio link time out.u can define it upto 64 but standard one is 28,32.
if ur interference is high or quality is bad then it will decrease by 2 and when it will zero call will be dropped
It starts decreasing only when it is unable to decode the saach frames,The main cause of decrease in RLT is interference.

RLT is basically begins to decreae when it is not able to decode SACCH FRAMES.
UNIT is 480ms Sacch frames.
TRAI satndard :32
TWO types:
“DL and UL”
In Dl case MS takes the decision of disconnecting the call.
And in UL case its BSC.
