Cell in BL-RST state (nokia)

    Hi. Has anyone here experienced a cell in continuous BL-RST state but no alarm? I tried to reset the TRX but it didnt go back to WO (working) state. Pls help.

    check with BTS Hub Manager the by-passing & cross connections.If found OK,Try to create the site on a different E1.

    hi everyone, i got the same condition, OMU dan BTS WO but all cell stay in BL-RST state? can anyone help me?

    ZERS:BTS=10,TRX=03:L;(U) —- to block(L) or unblock(U) by TRX –>AD STATE
    BL-RST pass to WO but in other cases get TRX-BL –> OP STATE
