    I am experiencing very low SDCCH Estab Rate. RACH is fine, no SD or TCH congestion either. I have tried soft reset of the cell as well. what might be the cause of this sudden degradation as previously it was fine. No faulty hardware either.

    Check whether T3101 is getting expired

    Sudden degradation is always due to hardware or software problem 🙂 Continue the investigation…

    Or a wild radio transmitter in the vicinity, using GSM frequencies ? Does it affect call drops ?
