what is the reason for no inter-BSC HO attempt?
We are getting inter BSC HO attempt from BSC B to BSC A but from BSC a to BSC B there were no attempts for all of the cells.
please help.Check if the neighbor cells in BSC ‘B’ are defined as external cells in BSC ‘A’.
