Lowest Successful assignment

    There is lowest KPI in one cell:

    Assignment Requests—1418
    Successful Assignments—167

    Could someone tell me: what can be the resons for these abnormal situation.

    1. no hardware alarm
    2. no interference
    3. no congestion (SDCCH, TCH)
    4. two cells are normal, only one of them is like this

    But what is problem???

    On Ericsson RBs i see this normally after a a TXM or site outage. The cell becomes out of sync, a cell reset usually re-syncs the site and resolves the problem.

    Hi User,
    not having hw alarms it doesn’t mean that hw works fine. Check indicators per TRX. Perhaps one TRX is faulty, do reset or change TRX. Check which TRX has the lowest assignment success.

    Please tell wich provider you use and wich counter you used to get Immediate Assignment
